Leadership Role in Aged Care Sector

This leadership position is seeking an experienced individual to contribute governance expertise and strategic oversight to the operations of a healthcare provider.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies, critically evaluating financial, clinical and operational performance, and contributing personal expertise to support the leadership and management of the organisation.

  • Significant experience in health, aged care, social enterprise or community services at a board or executive level
  • A strong commitment to client-centred care and ability to uphold this in complex settings
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management and fiduciary responsibility
  • Strategic capability, collaborative spirit and sound judgement

The role requires regular attendance at Board meetings with associated preparatory work. All Directors are expected to participate in relevant professional development activities.
