Executive Leader for Governance

We are seeking an experienced Executive Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of governance.
Key Responsibilities:- Cabinet and Committee Support: Prepare accurate and timely materials for senior officials, ensuring seamless delivery of government priorities.
- Expert Advice and Training: Provide guidance and support on governance procedures, parliamentary protocols, and executive council processes.
- Stakeholder Partnerships: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success and achieve key outcomes.
- Submission Review and Evaluation: Critically assess submissions, briefing notes, and legislative materials to ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy.
- Workflow Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement efficient workflows to coordinate cabinet, parliamentary, executive council, and legislative programs.
- Extensive Knowledge: Proven expertise in executive government procedures, including cabinet, ministerial, parliamentary, and executive council processes.
- Interpersonal and Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive Approach: A proactive and collaborative approach to team engagement and duties, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
