Job Description:
OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled executive to join our Board as a Non-Executive Director.
- Provide strategic direction, governance leadership, and safeguard Catholic identity across various ministries.
- Ensure good stewardship of ecclesial and community assets, while upholding the mission and values of our organisation.
- Oversee compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic capability, collaborative spirit, and sound judgement.
- A willingness to contribute to ministry formation and engage with leaders across our network.
Requirements
- Significant experience in governance, leadership, or management roles in health, aged care, social enterprise, or community services.
- A strong commitment to Catholic mission, values, and tradition.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and fiduciary responsibilities.
