This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate organisational development specialist to drive strategic initiatives with firm-wide impact.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team, responsible for enhancing our national Learning & OD strategy and leading key programs of work.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Establishing a framework for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Developing and implementing a Capability Framework
- Coordinating and delivering leadership development programs
- Leading strategic initiatives for Talent management and performance
- Driving Firm-wide culture and engagement initiatives
The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, experience in change management, and a passion for making a meaningful impact. They will also have strong relationships across all levels of the business and be able to champion our OD programs effectively.
Ideally, the candidate will have tertiary qualifications in human resources, organisational development or psychology and solid OD experience in a professional services setting.
