We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional who can drive business change and growth by developing and executing impactful learning strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver organisational development programs to enhance talent management, cultural transformation, and capability uplift.
  • Develop and implement innovative learning solutions to address changing business needs, including leadership development, performance management, onboarding, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify learning gaps and develop targeted solutions to build high-performance teams.
  • Implement employee experience drivers and methodologies to boost engagement and retention.
  • Develop and execute the Learning and Development plan to ensure coordinated delivery of activity across Organisation Development and Annual Learning Plans.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated understanding of the Employee Life Cycle from attraction to alumni status.
  • Experience in researching and developing best practice organisational development, cultural change, systems, techniques, policies, and procedures, including e-learning and adult learning principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups at all levels of the organisation.
  • Well-developed knowledge of training techniques and qualifications to design, promote, and deliver training programs.
  • Change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in coaching and supporting organisational change.
