This role is a strategic partnership between the organisation and an experienced professional who will drive people initiatives that contribute to real impact.
The People & Culture Partner will work closely with leaders across the organisation to deliver strategic support, navigate complex matters and lead initiatives that drive engagement, performance and uplift capability.

About the RoleAs our new People & Culture Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, delivering strategic solutions that enhance leadership capability, engagement and organisational outcomes.
You will be responsible for providing expert advice on a broad range of people matters, aligning workforce initiatives with organisational priorities.
You will coach managers to build leadership capability, support team development and foster a culture of continuous feedback and improvement.
You will lead complex employee relations and industrial relations matters, including workplace investigations and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance and integrity.
You will design and deliver workforce planning, talent development strategies and programs that drive engagement and organisational growth.
You will guide leaders through change management and organisational transformation, ensuring alignment, clarity and support for impacted teams.
You will leverage people data and analytics to identify trends, inform strategic decisions and evaluate the impact of people initiatives.
You will collaborate across the People & Culture team on enterprise-level projects, including policy reform, capability frameworks and system optimisation.
About YouYou'll be a collaborative and influential professional with:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, Law or a related field.
- 5+ years' experience in a generalist or HR business partner role, ideally within a complex or NFP environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations and modern awards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written, verbal, listening and negotiation.
- A demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaborative outcomes.
- Experience leading change initiatives and supporting people through organisational or structural change.
- A compassionate, values-driven approach, particularly when working with both employees and volunteers.
- High standards of professional integrity, accountability and conduct.
- Strong strategic thinking, planning and project management capabilities.
- Confidence using digital platforms and HRIS.
- The ability to align workforce plans and people initiatives with broader organisational strategy.
