The role of an Organisational Design Specialist/Lead involves leading and delivering workforce strategy and organisation design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for complex client challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver client projects by defining and achieving project outcomes in collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Support clients by analysing workforce and business data to generate insights and recommendations; build and maintain client relationships.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for EY contributions.
At Manager level, the role includes managing client relationships, leading project teams, and owning solution design from end to end.
