Senior Compensation and Organisational Development Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation and Organisational Development professional to lead our team in Australia and New Zealand. This exciting opportunity will enable you to expand your expertise, develop your leadership skills and drive strategic initiatives that impact the business.
Key Responsibilities- Design, govern and administer compensation and reward programs to drive organisational performance and achieve business objectives.
- Manage the benefit platform, track metrics, and ensure return on investment (ROI) through data-driven decision making.
- Provide expert advice on compensation packages, policies, practices, and programmes to support organisational growth and development.
- Guide HR Partners and leaders on policy interpretation, pay decisions, and benefits administration to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Assess existing compensation practices, recommend industry-competitive, cost-effective changes, and align with group strategic priorities to drive organisational excellence.
- Conduct compensation surveys, research market best practices, and suggest new programs or enhancements based on cost-benefit analysis to inform business decisions.
- Lead the Learning and Development (L&D) team in developing, delivering, and evaluating L&D programs to drive organisational capability and performance.
- Oversee communication and engagement initiatives and projects to enhance organisational awareness and alignment.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify development needs, address discrepancies between training and performance, and implement solutions to drive organisational improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and practices to ensure innovative and relevant programs that meet business needs.
- 5 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success in compensation and organisational development.
- Hospitality industry experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders, projects, and priorities to achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrated project management and change management experience to drive organisational change and improvement.
- Analytical mindset with ability to extract insights from data and explain them simply to inform business decisions.
