Job Title: Leadership And Organisational Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced organisational development specialist to lead our people group. As a leadership and organisational development specialist, you will be responsible for delivering projects and initiatives that enhance the overall effectiveness of our organisation through our people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver bespoke cultural interventions and other OD initiatives based on qualitative employee research, employee data, academic research, and best practice
  • Support the delivery of employee surveys via our survey platform, and support leaders to understand survey insights and generate compelling action plans
  • Deliver team effectiveness activities including diagnostic work, intervention design and delivery
  • Build, coordinate and deliver leadership programs that drive excellence in leadership behaviours across the leadership lifecycle

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require tertiary qualifications in organisational psychology, human resources, process facilitation or relevant fields. Experience in organisational development and leadership development is also required. You will need to demonstrate your ability to build meaningful, trusting relationships with stakeholders, work collaboratively with other team members, and display impactful written communication skills.
