The Role

This role will assist or lead human resource projects across various pillars, providing valuable human capital advice. It is a client-facing, revenue-generating position that involves:

  • Selling and cross-selling our products to clients
  • Executing consulting services for customers
  • Assisting in the development of our Leadership and career coaching function
  • Creating reports based on research data

As an Organisational Development Professional, you will be responsible for setting up and attending client meetings, adhering to KPIs and activity-based metrics, executing consulting services, and assisting in the development of our Leadership and career coaching function.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Experience in implementing organisational development initiatives across the employee life cycle
  • Practical experience working within a recruitment and/or HR consulting business environment (preferred)
  • Proven sales and customer service experience
  • Skilled with Microsoft 360/SharePoint computer systems and ability to quickly learn databases
  • Strong critical analysis skills in conducting research, reviewing results and making practical recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven project management skills and achieving deadlines on time and to high quality

You must also have the relevant rights to work in Australia.
