About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our administration team as an Administration Support Officer. As the first point of contact for our service, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including general reception duties, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Offer advice and information on Ozcare's products and services to clients and staff.
  • Prepare detailed documents and reports as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Current Police Screening Certificate
  • Current Queensland drivers' licence
  • Certificate IV in Administration or equivalent experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
