About the Role:

As an RTO Administration Officer at ATTC, you will play a vital role in supporting the Head of Departments and Trainers to manage and support students throughout all stages of their training. This includes processing enrolments, resulting assessments, issuing training notices, and processing completions and certificate issuance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration team in managing student data and ensuring accurate and timely processing of enrolments, assessments, and completions.
  • Provide administrative support to Head of Departments and Trainers, including responding to student enquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Apply a high level of attention to detail and accuracy when processing data, and demonstrate initiative to work to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Attend to administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to quality outcomes.
  • Experience with Student Management Systems (SMS) and Microsoft Office suite, including Teams.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Proven RTO administration experience.
  • Experience with Government funding and student management systems.
