Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administration Officer to support our Kindergarten and Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) teams across our Warwick Street and Hume Street Campuses.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Kindergarten and OSHC teams, including managing schedules, coordinating events, and maintaining records.
- Assist with the implementation of Childcare management systems, particularly Xplor and 1 Place.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with students, parents, and staff.
- Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hold a current Working with Children Blue Card or be able to obtain one prior to commencement.
- Align with the Christian Lutheran ethos of the College and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Certificate level qualifications in administration and/or finance.
- Demonstrated experience in an administration role, preferably within a school context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High degree of organizational and time management skills.
