Full-time Receptionist Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Receptionist within a reputable air-conditioning and refrigeration firm. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong customer service orientation, a cheerful demeanor, and reliability. Excellent communication skills are essential for managing phone interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Schedule appointments for quotes and service jobs
  • Coordinate site visits for assessments
  • Perform data entry and invoicing tasks
  • Manage general reception and administrative functions
  • Oversee fleet management duties
  • Provide administrative support to management and team members as needed
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Proficient in multitasking
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Xero is a plus, but not mandatory
