We are seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a focus on new business growth. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities">
  • Banish cold calling & prospect meetings, ensuring regular contact targets are met">
  • Successfully manage the acquisition process: lead generation, solution pitch, relationship expansion, negotiation & close">

O'Brien is committed to providing a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of AU$80,000 - AU$120,000, depending on experience.
