Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Administrator to join our national team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support across multiple departments, working closely with the National Administration Manager to ensure seamless business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Delegating and coordinating tasks within the administration team to ensure timely completion and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Managing office duties, including phone answering, email management, data entry, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Overseeing day-to-day office functions, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Providing administrative support to the National Administration Manager, including approving timesheets and leave requests.
- Coordinating special projects, such as process improvements, and serving as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Administrator with a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm.
The successful applicant will be able to work under pressure to strict deadlines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate others to ensure deadlines are met. They will also have a high degree of professional integrity, take pride in the quality of work, and be proactive in seeking opportunities to enhance presentation and quality of documents.
