About the Role:

  • Develop and execute targeted database and email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation.
  • Manage website CMS, including landing page creation, content optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Drive paid lead generation activities across social media, SEM, and other digital channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance and acquisition activities, providing actionable insights.
  • Manage social content across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Create on-brand assets and resources to support marketing efforts.
  • Oversee Google My Business, Google Analytics, and SEM tools, optimizing platform performance.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing and communications.
  • Proven experience implementing multi-channel digital lead generation campaigns.
  • Creativity and strong Canva skills, with experience in designing engaging visual content.
  • Hands-on experience with website CMS management and database marketing tools like MailChimp.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn Campaigns, and the Google suite (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google My Business), plus SEO/SEM tools.
  • Excellent workflow and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
