We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Cloud Solutions Expert to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin & Development: support global marketing ecosystems, manage user roles and permissions, ensure data integrity, and document requirements.
  • Integration Management: develop and test integrations with APIs, MarTech tools, and analytics platforms, ensuring seamless data flow for analysis and reporting.
  • Marketing Automation & Personalization: design, execute, and optimize automated marketing campaigns, develop personalization templates, and provide expertise in SQL, Data Extensions, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages, and Einstein.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a developer.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or related field.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certifications.
  • Administrator certification highly desirable (Salesforce Certified Administrator).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
