Job Summary

The B2B Digital Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the development, optimisation and maintenance of all Shell Energy's digital marketing channels, including digital campaign execution.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term position for 12 months based in Brisbane. As part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering new customer acquisition for the C&I business and increasing brand awareness and consideration of Shell Energy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of a website development re-platforming project, migrating content from WordPress to Contentful.
  • Liaise with external agency partners to deliver effective digital marketing campaigns and improve the performance of digital marketing platforms and channels.
  • Work closely with Marketing, C&I Sales, Digital Technology and Product teams to support the achievement of business and marketing KPIs.
Requirements
  • Experience in digital marketing, website content management, social media publishing, marketing automation and digital analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to optimise digital acquisition and communication channels and platforms including websites, marketing automation, social media, SEO, SEM, Display Advertising and Webinars.
  • Proven experience executing end-to-end campaigns from planning through to creation, execution and promotion, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Experience using Google Analytics and/or other analytics tools to report on digital marketing activities.
  • Experience using website CMS platforms (WordPress and Contentful desirable).
  • Experience using Asana and Jira (or similar) project management tools to manage day to day tasks and project work.
  • Experience using marketing automation platforms (Marketo desirable).
  • Experience using social media publishing and monitoring tools (Sprinklr & LinkedIn desirable).
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop or a similar graphic design tool to create, edit and resize digital assets.
  • Proven ability to set and maintain all collateral templates so that documents, PowerPoints, videos, etc all have consistent branding guidelines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, Communications or a related field or equivalent.
