About the Role

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to support the development, optimisation, and maintenance of all Shell Energy's digital marketing channels, including digital campaign execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving awareness, consideration, and customer acquisition for the C&I business.

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT AND OPTIMISATION OF DIGITAL MARKETING CHANNELS, INCLUDING WEBSITES, MARKETING AUTOMATION PLATFORMS, SOCIAL MEDIA, SEO, SEM, DISPLAY ADVERTISING, AND WEBINARS.
  • LIAISE WITH EXTERNAL AGENCY PARTNERS TO DELIVER EFFECTIVE DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS AND IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF DIGITAL MARKETING PLATFORMS AND CHANNELS.
  • COLLaborate CLOSELY WITH MARKETING, C&I SALES, DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY, AND PRODUCT TEAMS AND OTHER INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS ACROSS SHELL ENERGY AND ITS ENTITIES TO SUPPORT THE ACHIEVEMENT OF BUSINESS AND MARKETING KPIs.
Requirements
  • EXPERIENCE IN DIGITAL MARKETING, WEBSITE CONTENT MANAGEMENT, SOCIAL MEDIA PUBLISHING, MARKETING AUTOMATION, AND DIGITAL ANALYTICS TOOLS.
  • PROVEN ABILITY TO OPTIMISE DIGITAL ACQUISITION AND COMMUNICATION CHANNELS AND PLATFORMS, INCLUDING WEBSITES, MARKETING AUTOMATION, SOCIAL MEDIA, SEO, SEM, DISPLAY ADVERTISING, AND WEBINARS.
  • PROVEN EXPERIENCE EXECUTING END-TO-END CAMPAIGNS FROM PLANNING THROUGH TO CREATION, EXECUTION, AND PROMOTION, AND POST-CAMPAIGN ANALYSIS.
  • EXPERIENCE USING GOOGLE ANALYTICS AND/OR OTHER ANALYTICS TOOLS TO REPORT ON DIGITAL MARKETING ACTIVITIES.
  • EXPERIENCE USING WEBSITE CMS PLATFORMS (WORDPRESS AND CONTENTFUL DESIRABLE, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL).
  • EXPERIENCE USING MARKETING AUTOMATION PLATFORMS (MARKETO DESIRABLE, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL).
  • EXPERIENCE USING SOCIAL MEDIA PUBLISHING AND MONITORING TOOLS (SPRINKLR & LINKEDIN DESIRABLE, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL).
  • EXPERIENCE USING ADODB PHOTOSHOP OR A SIMILAR GRAPHIC DESIGN TOOL TO CREATE, EDIT, AND RESIZE DIGITAL ASSETS (E.G WEB BANNERS AND IMAGERY, EDM BANNERS AND IMAGERY, DISPLAY ADS, LINKEDIN IMAGE POSTS) - DESIRABLE, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL.
  • BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN MARKETING, TECHNOLOGY, COMMUNICATIONS, OR A RELATED FIELD OR EQUIVALENT.
