Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead our brand and marketing activities. This role involves developing and executing an integrated approach to drive the growth and retention of our member base.

As the go-to-market (GTM) lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end campaign development cycle, including creative development, rolling out assets, and results tracking.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet business goals and targets.
  • Manage daily marketing activities, including content creation and paid media execution.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing activities.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in advertising or financial services.
  • Experience developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of digital channels, including website, paid media, and social media.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Advanced communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.
