Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

This is a senior level marketing role that requires expertise in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives for a portfolio of products. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and managing marketing campaigns, managing budgets and timelines, analyzing market data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market data to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 8-10+ years of marketing experience in medical devices.
  • Proven track record of driving acquisition through new and innovative marketing techniques.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities, experienced relationship-management expertise, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional English communication skills and ability to influence without authority.

What You Will Lead and Build:

This contract marketing position (6-12 months) is responsible for executing and managing marketing initiatives for a portfolio of products. You will work closely with the Country Manager and National Sales Manager to develop and implement marketing program strategies, manage budgets and timelines, analyze market data, drive KOL advocacy, and oversee marketing campaigns.

You will collaborate with other marketing professionals across the APAC and international regions to create cohesive marketing plans and materials that reflect the company's branding and messaging. This role also requires strong communication skills to communicate marketing plans and updates to leadership teams and other stakeholders.

Key qualifications include a university degree with a concentration in Marketing, 8-10+ years of marketing experience in medical devices, proven track record of driving acquisition through new and innovative marketing techniques, and exceptional English communication skills.
