About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in APAC. As a Senior Sourcer, you will be responsible for collaborating with recruiters to drive candidate pipelines, cultivating meaningful relationships with candidates, and evolving strategic hiring approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiters to develop and own candidate pipelines
  • Cultivate authentic relationships with candidates
  • Elevate and lead strategic hiring initiatives and projects
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess suitability for roles
  • Track pipeline activity to share with stakeholders
  • Identify blockers and lead with solutions that benefit your immediate and wider teams

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you will have experience in Talent Acquisition and deep sourcing expertise. Experience recruiting for Sales teams is a plus, as well as a background in the software industry and functional understanding of the competitive landscape today.

You will also have experience crafting and implementing talent acquisition-related strategies such as process improvement, strategic sourcing, and driving balanced pipelines. A collaborative approach with peers and stakeholders, with an appetite for influencing win-win outcomes through data, market insights, and creative ideas is essential.
