**Marketing Manager Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Marketing professional to join our fast-paced marketing team. As a key member of our Consumer Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering effective customer-centric campaigns and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Translate business objectives into marketing communications strategies and campaigns that are driven by data and insights.
  • Develop and project manage campaigns that deliver business objectives, raise consideration, drive product cross sell and/or improve customer satisfaction and retain customers.
  • Influence core partners (across product, customer data & analytics, and digital) via membership in cross functional agile teams, to develop and deliver go-to-market plans and customer communications strategies to meet business and customer objectives.
  • Drive the management, execution, delivery and post campaign reporting for BAU and large scale go-to-market marketing initiatives including briefing, campaign execution, delivery and post-campaign review.
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns support and promote the brand and reputation, as well as enhance the customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with end-to-end, integrated campaign delivery across ATL and BTL channels with accountability across strategy, production and execution.
  • Strong background in Acquisition/ Performance Marketing is highly advantageous. Previous Marketing experience in Financial Services or Credit Cards is a plus.
  • A forward-thinker who takes ownership, can manage multiple projects independently and approaches challenges with a proactive mindset.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to track, optimise and demonstrate ROI from campaign metrics.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to create positive outcomes through strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a growth mindset, passionate about delivering impactful and differentiated marketing.
