Marketing Strategy Lead

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategy Lead to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive demand, customer acquisition, and advocacy in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional marketing programs to improve customer acquisition
  • Foster partnerships and participate in events with local organizations and influencers to drive awareness and customer acquisition
  • Collaborate with sales teams on lead follow-up and conversion, providing tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively sell the product
  • Create engaging content, including webinars and locally optimized content, to nurture leads and track campaign performance
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to marketing initiatives, using data to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 6+ years in a similar operational marketing role
  • Proven track record of delivering growth in market
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
