In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and converting potential patients (leads) through various marketing channels with a data driven approach.
The role will focus on: developing and executing marketing plans; managing campaigns and paid performance media; developing marketing analysis frameworks and reporting; assessing activity effectiveness through data insights, making recommendations for improvement and collaborating with stakeholders to make impactful change.
You will be responsible for measuring the performance of the leads converting through to patients, working closely with the data team to develop robust reporting frameworks, and providing key insights, recommendations and opportunities to improve overall leads volume, budget / resource efficiencies and conversion rates.
This role is 65% Develop and Implement Patient Acquisition Strategies and 35% Performance Metrics, Insights and Recommendations.
Qualifications We are looking for an experienced Marketing Acquisition Manager who is highly data-driven and has a track record of leveraging insights to create and execute effective action plans.
This position offers significant autonomy, so we need someone who can think strategically and creatively to enhance both the doctor and patient referral funnels for Genea.
We are open to candidates from various industries, but a passion for healthcare and the ability to thrive in an agile work environment are essential.
