We are seeking a strategic professional to lead our organising efforts nationally, across all industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and managing operational plans, implementing organising practices, and coordinating team work.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving workers' lives and achieving the goals of the organisation. The successful applicant will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in leading teams.

The role reports to the Chief Executive and requires a high level of autonomy and flexibility. The successful applicant must be able to travel within Australia and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement organisational strategies that contribute to the union's goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of organisers to achieve key objectives.
  3. Coordinate campaign development, review and innovation.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs for organisers.

  • Ability to work flexibly and autonomously.
