Strategic Organisation Partner

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Organisation Partner to join our team on a 7 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering organisational design solutions that meet business needs and align with our strategic workforce plan.

About the Role
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners to develop planned interventions that deliver business outcomes.
  • Manage the implementation of operating models and organisational designs aligned to the business strategic workforce plan.
  • Design and implement strategies for the evolution of work and new ways of working.
  • Drive consistency across the business in terms of organisational and capability design.
  • Better navigate stakeholder relationships with Office of the Chief Executive and senior leaders to provide proactive advice and insights.

The ideal candidate will have experience in related fields, tertiary qualifications, excellent communication skills, and advanced Microsoft suite skills. Previous government experience is desirable.

About You
  • Demonstrated professional experience in organisational design or related field.
  • Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Previous government experience desired.
