As an experienced Organisation Development and People Experience Partner, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand organisational capability requirements, issues, and opportunities. You'll design and deliver tailored solutions to meet these needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement initiatives that support culture, capability, and employee experience strategies.
  • Support personal growth, career development, employee engagement, operational excellence, organisation effectiveness, and ways of working.

Requirements:

  • 10 years' experience in organisational effectiveness, organisational development, and employee experience.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering high-quality programs and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of modern OD and employee experience practices.
