Strategic Organisation Development Specialist

The Organisation Development Lead is a key role within our People & Culture Team, responsible for developing and implementing L&OD strategies that align with our business priorities and operational plans.
- Develop and Deliver OD Programs: Design and implement Organisational Development programs that drive strategic goals and enhance organisational performance.
- Leadership and Management Development: Develop and facilitate leadership and management development programs to equip leaders and teams with the necessary skills to succeed.
- Culture and Engagement Strategies: Create and implement culture and engagement strategies that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Employee Experience: Design and deliver initiatives that improve employee experience, including talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant Qualification: A relevant qualification in Education, Training or Adult Learning is essential for this role.
- Passionate OD/L&D Professional: We are seeking a passionate OD/L&D professional with prior experience of 2-3 years who can thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Energy, Creativity, and Drive: The ideal candidate will possess energy, creativity, and drive, with a strong desire to innovate and make a meaningful impact.
- Strong Facilitation and Presentation Skills: Excellent facilitation and presentation skills are required to effectively communicate with stakeholders and lead training sessions.
