Organisational Design Specialist or Lead

Drive business growth by shaping organisational structures and workforce strategies.

This role involves collaborating with clients to address complex issues related to organisation transformation, employee lifecycles, and talent deployment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Work closely with colleagues and clients to define and deliver project outcomes that meet their needs.
  • Client Support: Analyse data to generate insights and recommendations, build client relationships, and guide them through structured problem-solving.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for EY to contribute to client outcomes and develop strategic solutions.
Additional Responsibilities at Manager Level:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Team Leadership: Lead project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Solution Design: Own the solution design process to deliver effective solutions to clients.
Requirements:
  • Workforce Strategy: Experience in developing and implementing workforce strategies.
  • Organisational Design: Knowledge of organisational design principles and practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Continuous Learning: Ability to continuously learn and adapt to new trends and best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
