Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

Gorilla Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering case management and coordinating rehabilitation services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Case Management and Rehabilitation Services: Deliver high-quality case management and rehabilitation services to clients, ensuring they receive the support they need to return to work.
- Return to Work (RTW) Barriers Identification: Identify and address RTW barriers, developing tailored rehabilitation programs to help clients overcome these challenges.
- Client Support and Outcomes: Provide ongoing support to clients, working closely with them to achieve successful outcomes and return to work.
- Pre-Employment Health and Functional Assessments: Conduct pre-employment health and functional assessments, including initial and ergonomic assessments.
- Stakeholder Liaison and Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations to support clients.
