About the Role

Gorilla Jobs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering case management and coordinating rehabilitation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management and Rehabilitation Services: Deliver high-quality case management and rehabilitation services to clients, ensuring they receive the support they need to return to work.
  • Return to Work (RTW) Barriers Identification: Identify and address RTW barriers, developing tailored rehabilitation programs to help clients overcome these challenges.
  • Client Support and Outcomes: Provide ongoing support to clients, working closely with them to achieve successful outcomes and return to work.
  • Pre-Employment Health and Functional Assessments: Conduct pre-employment health and functional assessments, including initial and ergonomic assessments.
  • Stakeholder Liaison and Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations to support clients.

Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Hold tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses, Psychologists, or Social Workers.
  • Registration and Certification: Be fully registered with AHPRA or ESSA, and hold an unrestricted Australian Working Rights.
  • Driver's License and Vehicle: Possess a current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle.
