Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of clients with diverse needs and goals, providing individualized support and guidance to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation plans to address physical and psychological barriers to employment.
  • Collaborate with employers, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, employers, and other stakeholders on return to work strategies and best practices.
  • Work closely with our team of allied health professionals and employment consultants to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and research to continuously improve services and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • General or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) or Rehabilitation Counselling Association of Australia (RCAA) as a Rehabilitation Counsellor.
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry highly regarded.
  • Fabulous communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, employers, and stakeholders.
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
