About the Role

Benchmark Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist at Benchmark Rehabilitation, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with diverse needs, from children to the elderly, to regain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop rehabilitation plans for clients with physical and mental health challenges
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct assessments and interventions to enhance clients' functional abilities and mobility
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote client independence and participation in daily activities
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to rehabilitation plans as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
  • Current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
