We are partnering with a leading organization in the Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management field to expand their Newcastle Rehabilitation Counselling team. As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in connecting passionate health talent with the best opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide support services to employees, including vocational capability and career counselling.
- Liaise with employers, employees, insurance companies, and other health professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Make referrals to other health professionals as needed to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement case management plans, setting return-to-work goals and tracking progress.
As a Rehabilitation Counsellor with our partner organization, you can expect:
- A competitive salary range of $75,000-$90,000 + super + incentives based on experience.

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Full registration with ASORC or AHPRA registration as a psychologist.
