Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes to identify potential hazards and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to develop and implement effective Return to Work (RTW) plans that meet the needs of all parties involved.
  • Design and implement initiatives to support injured employees in their recovery and reintegration into the workforce, including vocational rehabilitation and job placement services.
