About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the best interest of profitability is served in the overall hotel, while maintaining the integrity of rates and long-term customer satisfaction to support the overall revenue strategy for the hotel.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyse data and market trends, interpret the data to maximise revenue opportunities, and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a revenue role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets. They will also possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to navigate stakeholder environments effectively.
