We are a leading hospitality company seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team at NOVOTEL.

Job Summary

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for ensuring the hotel's profitability by analyzing data and market trends, managing distribution, and adapting to changes in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills, including analyzing data and market trends, being proactively inquisitive, and interpreting the data to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Market Understanding
  • Have a strong understanding of market segments, yield management techniques, supply/demand, and complex pricing relationships, including keeping a constant pulse on market demand drivers and proactively adapting quickly to maximize revenue.
  • Inventory Management
  • Proactively manage the distribution of Hotel inventory to ensure maximum occupancy of the hotel by maintaining accurate rooms inventory control systems.
  • Reporting and Budgeting
  • Prepare budgets and business plans, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, and attend owners' review meetings.

Requirements

  • Revenue Management Experience
  • Previous experience in a revenue role with an exceptional understanding of revenue management principles and proven success driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Communication Skills
  • Exceptional proactive communication skills, both verbal and written, to navigate stakeholder environments.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
