Salary: AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Analyst to join our high-performing revenue management team at Minor Hotels. As a Revenue Analyst, you will play a key role in implementing effective revenue management strategies and making recommendations based on data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the implementation of revenue management strategies across various hotel properties
  • Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations to improve revenue performance
  • Monitor market conditions through competitor rate analysis
  • Participate in daily revenue calls and meetings with stakeholders to report on performance and align strategic objectives
  • Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by Regional RM's and Director of RM

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably in Hospitality or Business)
  • Minimum 18 months experience in a Data Analyst position or similar
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Superior attention to detail and time management skills
  • Previous experience using a Revenue Management system (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in handling channel managers like SiteMinder (preferred but not essential)
