Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality, efficient people-related processes within the People & Culture (P&C) unit.
- Provide professional service, advice, and support to partners, managers, and employees.
- Collaborate to develop practical solutions that enhance culture and drive team success.
- Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage conflicting priorities.
As a key member of our P&C team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional people-related services. This includes executing processes efficiently, providing expert advice, and collaborating with others to drive business outcomes.
