Human Resources Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Human Resources Administrator on a part-time basis.
This newly created position has been established due to company growth and ongoing success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR-related tasks, including recruitment administration, employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment administration: advertising, scheduling interviews, supporting management
- Onboarding and induction coordination for new starters
- Employee offboarding
- HR Admin: employment contracts, probation reports, updating organisational charts
- Overseeing internal systems
- Providing advice to internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with policy and procedure writing
- Advising on HR queries
- Project-related tasks
Requirements:
- Solid experience in a similar Human Resources role previously (Government experience beneficial)
- Tech-savvy: MS Teams, Sharepoint, MS Office Suite
- Able to multitask, communicate, and prioritise
- Understanding of enterprise bargaining, industry awards, and the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards
- Relevant tertiary qualification or studying towards HR-related qualification
- Collaborative, hardworking, friendly work ethic
