Job Title: Human Resources Professional

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team for a 6-8 week temporary assignment in Melbourne's Western suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing and selecting candidates
  • Oversee the management of employment contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Prepare for next year's performance review process, developing evaluation criteria and procedures
  • Run disciplinary processes and grievances, maintaining a fair and impartial approach
  • Conduct HR administration duties, including data entry and record keeping
Requirements:
  • Experience in an HR role is essential
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as a degree in human resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Able to work autonomously, with minimal supervision
  • Flexible attitude, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
