Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to be a trusted partner across our business, delivering high-impact human resources support and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ongoing improvements of human resources processes, content and systems to optimise usability, accuracy and efficiency
  • Contribute to related projects
  • Provide professional and efficient support to the organisation and ensure the accurate and timely action of administrative tasks, processes and queries

You will work closely with stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance system functionality, and champion operational excellence. Develop key stakeholder relationships, working in partnership to ensure business needs are met.

Requirements
  • Relevant qualification in human resources or related discipline
  • At least 2 years' experience working within a human resources function
  • Demonstrated HR process improvement, system knowledge and providing advice

Excellent administration, time management and organisational skills, excellent understanding of customer service principles, results focused and high attention to detail are required for this role.
