Job Title: People Advisor
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a People Advisor. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the development of our people processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment, Onboarding, and Offboarding - Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, including preparing employment documentation and maintaining HRIS records.
- HR Administration - Perform various HR-related tasks, such as responding to general inquiries, providing advice on employment terms and conditions, and managing employee records.
- Process Improvement - Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, ensuring efficiency and a smooth experience for users.
- Proven experience in an HR Administrator or HR Advisor role, with a strong background in creating documentation and maintaining HR systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- A tertiary-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field, or relevant experience.
