Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for the management, coordination, and administration of the Human Resource function with a focus on compliance and industrial relations across our group.

 

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, operate with integrity and maintain confidentiality. You will also have advanced computer skills including MS Suite, and relevant qualifications in Human Resources. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Human Resources is essential, as well as a current Victorian Drivers Licence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and represent the organisation in researching, planning, negotiating, and delivering industrial instruments, arrangements, and contracts of employment.
  • Provide advice and handle on-site industrial relations and commercial site issues when required.
  • Develop, implement, promote, and monitor all Human Resource Management strategies, policies, plans, and processes.
  • Assist managers with performance management best practices and legal requirements.
  • Handle HR disputes and resolution, including conciliation and arbitration where required.
  • Manage cyclical and ongoing HR activities and drive uptake including performance review, employee health and wellbeing initiatives, reward and recognition, engagement survey.
  • Provide management and employee support for grievances.
  • Maintain organisational structures.
  • Manage and oversee all Work cover issues and or claims.
  • HR Reporting and management communication and presentations.

 

Key Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Full understanding of relevant legislation and best practice.
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Operate with integrity and maintain confidentiality.
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Suite.
  • Minimum 5 Years Human Resources experience.
  • Must have relevant qualifications in Human Resources.
  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
