Job Title: Human Resources Manager

The role of a Human Resources Manager is crucial in leading the people agenda across an organization's operations.

This broad generalist role covers the full HR remit, from strategic workforce planning and leadership development to compliance, change management, and employee engagement.

As a Human Resources Manager, you will work closely with senior leaders and our global People & Capability team to deliver high-impact HR strategies that drive performance, mitigate risk, and support a strong and inclusive culture.

  • Lead the local implementation of global HR strategies, adapting them to meet regional needs
  • Partner with leaders to drive organisational capability, employee engagement, and cultural alignment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, and our Enterprise Agreement
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management and workplace investigations
  • Oversee regional compensation processes, including salary reviews, benchmarking, and proposals
  • Lead workforce planning, talent development, and succession initiatives
  • Support change management projects and the rollout of key HR systems and processes
  • Represent the business in EBA discussions and manage union relationships where required
Key Qualifications and Skills:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources as well as additional accreditations or qualifications in HR specialist functions
  • Proven experience in a senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian employment law
  • Experience in employee and industrial relations, including EBA negotiations
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of the business
  • Commercial mindset, with a focus on delivering outcomes that add business value
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and resilience
