Job Summary:

The Surveillance Digital Technician plays a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of Asset Protection systems and technology.

This position reports directly to the Senior Surveillance Technician and is responsible for guiding the team towards achieving all departmental and company objectives.

The successful applicant will have hands-on problem-solving skills, adaptability to various systems, and effective communication strategies across multiple stakeholder streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Surveillance Equipment
  • Collaborate on Projects
  • Coordinate External Contractors
  • Evaluate Operating Techniques

Requirements:

  • National Security Industry Licence 2C or willingness to obtain
  • IT operating system and/or network knowledge
  • Certification in Avigilon Software or willingness to obtain
  • Demonstrated conceptual thinking and reporting/administration skills
