Role Overview:

Complete client strategy, relationship, and growth (performance) management, across all channels of digital marketing. Experienced and skilled across campaign strategy development and planning, working collaboratively with specialists across campaign setup, integrations, budget management, campaign performance monitoring and optimisation, reporting and management to achieve outstanding results.

We are seeking a digital marketing enthusiast who lives and breathes digital, thirsts for knowledge, and is obsessed with customers and results.

Be part of a dynamic, talented Team working on diverse clients and managing strategy and campaigns across all areas of digital to create and deliver outstanding solutions and growth outcomes for clients.

MUST have minimum 3 years relevant digital agency experience.

Relevant and required experience across:

• SEO
• Paid Search Advertising
• Social Media Marketing & Advertising
• Google Analytics
• SEMRush and other industry software

Reporting to: Client Services Manager

Location: Sydney

Key responsibilities and functions of the role:

• Client Performance & Growth
• Client Relationship Development and Management
• Client Communications and Response
• Major Projects Strategic Direction
• Internal Campaigns Team Leadership
• Work with key accounts to provide strategic solutions, develop new business, and to ensure satisfaction
• Serve as primary day-to-day liaison with assigned clients and maintain positive ongoing relationships
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while interfacing with different internal and external contact

• Deep knowledge of Search and Social Marketing
• Experience with analytics & tracking & data centred performance analysis and reporting
