Digital Operations Lead

At our organization, the Digital Operations Lead will work closely with senior team members to oversee daily digital activities across multiple clients. The primary responsibility is to ensure comprehensive responses to client briefs within agreed timelines.

You will be responsible for managing input from creative partners to develop high-quality ideas and overseeing media implementation processes across interactive channels. As part of our integrated Client Account structure, you will directly plan campaigns across connected channels and collaborate with specialist product teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Media buying will involve direct interaction with digital publishers, especially in integrated partnerships. A basic understanding of offline media channels and working with dedicated offline traders is expected. Bridging the gap between digital and offline channels is vital for successful integrated campaigns.

The role requires collaboration with strategy and specialist teams to execute communications strategies across all digital channels. You will also provide day-to-day digital leadership and full campaign management. Strong performance digital knowledge, as well as the ability to plan and execute media campaigns meeting business objectives and KPIs like sales and lead conversions, are necessary. In some cases, support may be required for new business pitches.
