Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Digital Operations, driving strategic growth and operational excellence.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Oversight & Governance: Provide high-level oversight, setting clear objectives, standards, and performance expectations within the matrix structure, ensuring end-to-end alignment and delivery.
  • Technology Operational Excellence: Establish and continuously improve operational standards and procedures across Digital, ensuring reliable and secure system performance through influencing specialist teams and resources.
  • Digital Delivery Leadership: Lead the Digital Technology operations value steam, prioritizing and delivering operational activities with optimal efficacy.
  • Change Management: Ensure smooth adoption of new operational processes, tools, and technologies across Digital, upskilling Digital teams on operational best practices, playbooks, standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure cybersecurity engagement in all operations, clearly defining and monitoring compliance measures.
  • Software Updates & Release Management: Govern and assure software update and release management practices, collaborating with specialists to align with best practice standards, minimal operational disruption, and risk mitigation.
  • Incremental System Enhancements: Drive prioritization, oversight, and effective governance of incremental system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering measurable outcomes.
